K-N-A-R Home Improvement was established in 1994 when Alex started to learn the roofing trades. By 1996, Alex was running his own crew while working for a contractor. In 1998, Alex took a position working for an automotive company while roofing after work for a new contractor that mostly works on large condominiums. During down time Alex will take on his own jobs mostly from friends and family but now and then customers will see his work and ask for our services. In 2000, Karen became the owner of K-N-A-R Home Improvement which stands for Karen, Nicole, Amber, and Rebecca. Amber Nicole and Rebecca are Alex's daughter's. This was a non hostile take over of Alex's heart and company. (Karen is Alex's Wife)
